Setanta Sports takes piracy very seriously. We are committed to protecting our commercial subscribers.
Setanta Sports regularly visits commercial premises throughout Ireland to monitor potential piracy.
Setanta Sports has introduced bar-coded license stickers for legitimate premises to display. We would encourage all premises to utilize these stickers. This will help us with our monitoring visits.
Commercial premises caught showing Setanta Sports without a full Commercial license risk losing their license, facing criminal prosecution and potential fines.
What are the different types of piracy? How do I know if my subscription is legitimate?
Please contact Setanta Commercial department on 1 834 0033 if you have any questions regarding your Setanta Subscription. An agent can help determine if you have the right subscription agreement and are complying with the Irish Statutes book Copyright and Related Acts, 2000 Chapter 13, Section 140.
Its is important to remember that Commercial premises must hold a full commercial agreement with Setanta Sports.
