West Ham United midfielder Luis Boa Morte has admitted being frustrated by his lack of action, and has refused to rule out the possibility of moving on.
The 31-year-old appeared 11 times this season, most of the time as a substitute, and believes Gianfranco Zola should use him more regularly.
The Hammers are not in the ideal economic situation and, when asked about his future, Boa Morte did not reject the idea of a transfer.
But the Portuguese claimed he will have the final word if a transfer is in the air.
The former Arsenal and Fulham player told O Jogo: “Nobody approached me until that day and I must remind people that I still have 18 months left on my contract.
“I cannot hide that I would like to play more and I have no idea why I am not played more.
“Every time the coach played me, I did well on the pitch, which is why I wish I played more often.
“Returning to Portugal? At the moment nothing’s for sure but, whatever happens, West Ham United will need my agreement if they want to make a deal.”
