Crystal Palace defender Claude Davis has denied a Football League charge of violent conduct.
The Jamaica international, who is currently on loan from Derby, was charged after an incident during the game on April 11 that left Cardiff defender Roger Johnson hospitalised.
Cardiff chairman Peter Ridsdale said “could have more seriously endangered Roger Johnson’s wellbeing than is hopefully the case”, but Palace boss Neil Warnock maintains that there was no bad intent.
The Regulatory Commission are set to meet on Friday regarding the issue.
