A Premier League club has had ‘advanced contacts’ with Porto star Lisandro Lopez, who is determined to move clubs according to his agent.
The Argentina international has only one year left on his contract and now is the moment for him to take a huge decision regarding his future.
Lopez will not put pen-to-paper on a new Porto deal according to Fernando Hidalgo, who has also claimed being in advanced talks with a Spanish and an English club.
The attacker’s representative claims that Jose Mourinho is also an admirer of the 26-year-old, but Inter are yet to be in touch with the Dragoes outfit.
“He has only one year left of his contract and the time has come to try to move because signing a contract extension with Porto is not an option,” Hidalgo told Calcio Mercato.
“The time has come for a new challenge and we already have had advanced contacts with a Spanish and an English team.
“In Italy? I have not received calls for any Italian team for the moment, but I understand Inter and Mourinho fancy Lisandro, and they know Porto’s people pretty well.”
