Republic of Ireland manager Giovanni Trapattoni was full of praise for the players that made their debut in the friendly with Nigeria.
A goal from Robbie Keane ensured Ireland secured a 1-1 draw at Craven Cottage in a game that saw six players make their international debuts.
Kieren Westwood, Kevin Foley, Sean St Ledger, Eddie Nolan, Liam Lawrence, and Leon Best all appeared for the first time in a senior game for their country and their manager was pleased with how they fared,
As Trapattoni prepares to reduce his squad down for next week's World Cup qualifier against Bulgaria, he will have a tough call to make on who to leave out.
"I am very happy with all of them," stated Trapattoni after the match of the six debutants.
"We wanted to look at the performance and personality of the new players, and it was important to check on other players for the future.
The first-half was a very good game and the performance was strong too.
