Richie Foran has revealed he could reject SPL football with St Johnstone or Falkirk and stay with Inverness.
The Irishman has been linked with the two clubs but with John Hughes taking over at Hibernian, The Saints were favourites to sign the attacker.
But Foran is not going to rush into any decision about his future and admits he is happy in The Highlands.
“It’s probably not ideal for Inverness, but it’s a very big decision for me and one that I don’t want to rush,” the 28-year-old told The Scottish Sun.
“It is not one I can afford to take lightly. I need time to talk to one or two people who I trust before making up my mind.
“The important thing is that wherever I end up, I want to be happy because even though Caley went down, I enjoyed it immensely.
“I love everything about the club and that’s why I have to think carefully about everything and weigh up my options before making a final decision.”
