Last season’s only Premier League representatives, West Brom, will play at Bury in next season’s Carling Cup first round.
Football League new boys Burton Albion – under the guidance of new manager Paul Peschisolido – will travel to Championship big guns Reading when the ties are played in the week beginning August 10.
