Enzo Calzaghe is the father of middleweight champion Joe and trainer to a number of top fighters.
Calzaghe Junior, Enzo Maccarinelli and Gavin Rees are all part of Enzo's wonderful stable of boxers and have flourished under his tutelage.
The Coach of the Year at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year awards last December was just reward for somebody who is reckoned to be one of the best trainers in the world.
He was born in Sardinia in 1949 but moved to Bedford in England at the age of two, going on to attend the same school as Joe Bugner.
Enzo's 40th wedding anniversary is not too far away and he has three children.

We talked day and night but I'm behind Joe because when enough is enough it's enough.
He could go on for another five years on the physical side of it but what's more important is the mental side of it, the hunger. Let's be honest, he walked the walk and had what he could out of it. He has nothing more to prove.
It's the second part of his life now. I'm over the moon he's retired and so be it. Well done Joe, keep on promoting and we'll be training together still. He'll be running in the gym with me tomorrow!
I'm proud, first of all, as Joe's dad as he's a wonderful human being. He's a boxer second as far as I'm concerned and, as a fighter, he's something special.
He achieved his goals and what can I say? There's so many memories but no real preference. It's just amazing what he achieved.
