Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says the early signs are good as Aaron Ramsey hopes to make a full recovery from his broken leg.
The young midfielder is looking at six to nine months on the sidelines after breaking his leg against Stoke City last weekend but Wenger is confident he will make a full recovery.
Ramsey has already undergone surgery and Wenger says the club will be right behind him as he battles back.
"The first signs are good," said Wenger, "but of course, mentally, Aaron is very down. It is difficult to take, he was just coming into the team on a regular basis.
"
We will give him all the support we can and gradually he should come back."
