Norwich have been boosted by the news Adam Drury made a successful return to action for the reserves on Tuesday.
Drury has been missing for the last seven games after picking up a thigh injury during the 2-1 win at Walsall but has now given boss Paul Lambert a timely boost by making a return to action.
The defender played for just over an hour as the second string defeated Southend 1-0 at Roots Hall and is now in contention for the big games against Huddersfield on Saturday followed by Swindon and Leeds.
