Leeds boss Simon Grayson says the level of performance from his side at Tranmere in Tuesday's 4-1 win did not surprise him.
Grayson is not getting carried away with 11 games in the season still remaining but he was delighted with what he thought was a thoroughly professional performance at Prenton Park.
Grayson said: "The level of performance and the workrate was outstanding. We thought there was a result just round the corner after Saturday's display and it's a big boost for us.
"It was a real professional show and there were some great goals.
"Tranmere had a real go at us, but we dealt with them well and our front two were a real handful throughout the 90 minutes.
"It was an important win for us, but there are a lot of twists and turns before the end of the season and we will not get carried away. We need to go up and this has helped us, but there are another 11 games remaining."
