Norwich have revealed that more than 18,500 fans have renewed their season ticket ahead of last Saturday's first deadline.
It is a record number of early renewals for the Canaries in their history, beating the 18,460 in 2008 and more than 1,500 more than the number of people who had renewed at the same time last season.
Norwich chief executive David McNally told the club's website: "These figures are nothing short of astonishing when you consider we are currently in the third tier of English football for the first time in fifty years.
"Our supporters are magnificent and their loyalty and passion for their club means we will once again have full houses at Carrow Road next season to give their tremendous backing to Paul Lambert and the players."
