Felipe Massa is not making any bold predictions ahead of this weekend's season-opening Bahrain GP, admitting that he is simply happy to be back behind the wheel of a Ferrari.
The Brazilian suffered a serious head injury in a high-speed crash at the Hungarian GP last year and missed the rest of the season as a result.
There had even been some doubt as to whether Massa would race again but he made a full recovery from his injuries and played a full part in Ferrari's off-season testing programme.
As a result, he is now looking forward excitedly to his first race in nearly eight months.
"It is just nice to be back in business. That is my job and has been for many years. I have missed a lot of races so I am just glad to be back. I feel really happy and a lot of motivation to get back to the job," he said.
Ferrari are viewed by many as the side to beat in this year's championship but Massa's only goal in Bahrain is to finish in the points.
"I think it is something that we know from the past that in the first race it is important to finish, important to score points," he said.
"Even in the last years we always had some problems in the car to finish the race. That I hope doesn't happen.
"Many people say at the beginning of the season what is important is the reliability. Reliability is always important. It is important to finish the race. We did a lot of kilometres in the winter test which helps when you have a good car to start the season."
