Duo set for Gunners return

by Admin , 14 March 2010 Arsenal Generic

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has confirmed he expects midfield duo Cesc Fabregas and Tomas Rosicky to be back in action next week.

The pair missed Arsenal's victory over Hull City at the KC Stadium on Saturday through injury but Wenger expects both midfielders to be back in action next week when the Gunners take on West Ham at the Emirates Stadium.

However, Wenger admitted the game will come too soon for William Gallas, the Frenchman has been missing since February with a calf injury but won't be fit in time to face West Ham.

"Rosicky and Fabregas have a good chance to be ready for next week. Gallas, no," Wenger said.

A return date for Gallas has not been confirmed by Arsenal yet and it is unclear when he will be back in action.
