Napoli's Slovakian international captain Marek Hamsik has admitted that he would find it hard to down Manchester United's advances.
The 23-year-old midfielder, who captained his country at the summer's World Cup finals in South Africa, has been linked with a future move to Old Trafford along with his current team-mate, Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani.
Hamsik is a player in a similar mould to Paul Scholes, whose career with the Red Devils is now drawing to a close, and it is claimed that Sir Alex Ferguson has earmarked him as the ideal replacement.
Speaking after Napoli's 1-0 win against Brescia on Sunday, Hamsik admitted that he is aware of the reported interest and appears happy about it, despite being his side's star player and contracted to the Italian Serie A outfit until 2015.
On the rumours, he told RAI Sport: "These are nice sounds, it would be difficult to say no to Manchester United."
