Preview: Kilmarnock v Rangers

by Setanta staff , 26 November 2011

Sone Aluko could make his debut for Rangers just days after signing for the Scottish Premier League champions.

Rangers travel to Rugby Park on Sunday looking to extend their lead at the top of the table and manager Ally McCoist could through Aluko into the firing line.

Lee McCulloch and Kyle Bartley have both recovered from injury and could face Kilmarnock but there are doubts surrounding the fitness of Sasa Papac and Lee Wallace.

Gregg Wylde is suspended, while both David Weir and Steven Naismith remain sidelined for the champions.

Paul Heffernan, meanwhile, is Kilmarnock's biggest doubt as he is struggling with a groin injury.

He will be given time to prove his fitness by manager Kenny Shiels but is rated as doubtful for the visit of Rangers.

Goalkeeper Cammy Bell could take his place between the posts after recovering from an elbow injury.
