Saturday afternoon's meeting at Ffos Las has joined Sandown and Wetherby in being called off because of the poor weather.
Clerk of the course Tim Long called off the meeting without even undertaking the scheduled 9am inspection, as the ground was frozen hard after two nights of sub-zero temperatures.
Long said: "Conditions are so that there is no point hanging on until 9am.
"We got down to minus 1C overnight and it is zero at the moment, but there is a fierce wind chill and we are actually freezing now.
"Temperatures are forecast to creep up, but only by a degree or two and it won't be enough.
"On Thursday night temperatures got down to minus 6C and that is what has really done the damage.
"We're absolutely devastated as the team has worked incredibly hard."
Saturday's meeting at Fairyhouse will go ahead, however.
A statement read: "The hurdle course was found to be fit for racing and this afternoon's fixture will go ahead. The steeplechase course is still giving cause for concern, however, and the situation will be monitored as the day goes on.
"The first of seven scheduled races commences at 1.30pm and the ground on the hurdle course is currently heavy."
