Roy Hodgson has revealed that 'there is no hurry' for him to make a decision about extending his stay in charge of West Brom.
The Baggies' head coach, who celebrated his first 12 months in charge of the club with a stunning 5-1 win against Black Country rivals Wolves at Molineux on Sunday to drag them further away from the relegation scrap, will be out of contract at the Hawthorns in the summer.
However, Hodgson is yet to make a firm decision on whether he will still be at West Brom's helm going into next season, while there is also the small matter of the vacant England job which he has been heavily linked to along with Tottenham's Harry Redknapp, who is favourite to replace Fabio Capello.
When quizzed about the prospect of him penning a new contract with West Brom, Hodgson insisted that he is just focusing on ensuring the club remains in the top flight and he will discuss his own future at a later date.
Hodgson, quoted in the London Evening Standard, said: "I shall be 65 in the summer and I don't need to worry about those sort of things. We'll see what happens.
"The one thing I do care about is working in the Barclays Premier League.
"I'm not so certain that I want to come back to England - which has been fantastic since I came back four years ago - and just cling on to any job and work in any division.
"Let's see how the next games pan out, and where we're going to go, and then maybe I'll sit down with the chairman and I'll discuss the future."
He added: "The situation is very clear and simple. The club have mentioned that they would like me to stay on and I've said that sounds good.
"But we will wait and see what comes up and we will decide sometime in the future. There is no hurry."
