Hull City manager Phil Brown hailed his greatest-ever achievement after The Tigers ensured Premier League football at The KC Stadium again next term.
City stayed up courtesy of Newcastle United's defeat at Aston Villa, despite losing to Manchester United's shadow side thanks to a Darron Gibson strike.
Brown's team plummeted down the table but the point picked up at Bolton Wanderers in their penultimate game proved decisive.
"It's the biggest thing I've ever done in my footballing career," he told Sky Sports.
"Getting promotion was fantastic last year but staying in The Premier League is absolutely brilliant.
"The club captain and Jimmy Bullard were both on their phones telling me the scores and it was nerve wracking towards the end but fully deserved.
"Going a goal behind to a wonder strike from outside the box, we played well in the first half. But it's one of those where you go a goal down and are climbing a mountain.
"No one can question the Manchester United quality, it's there for everyone to see."
