Nicklas Bendtner's father has insisted his son is fully committed to Arsenal, amid suggestions he is wanted by Italian giants Roma.
Bendtner is yet to nail down a regular start at Arsenal and reports linking the forward with Roma increased over the weekend when the Dane paid a visit to the Italian capital.
Roma coach Luciano Spalletti recently revealed that he was tracking a young forward from either Italy or England, but Bendtner’s father says there is no truth in reports linking his son with a move to the Eternal City.
"There is absolutely nothing to the rumour about Roma," Thomas Bendtner told Sporten.dk.
"Nicklas is happy at Arsenal, and the trip to Rome has been planned for a long time, just like his other summer plans."
