Tottenham winger Gareth Bale has declared himself fully fit for Wales' Euro 2012 qualifier with England on Saturday.
Bale suffered a back injury in January, but recovered to play his first full game for Spurs against West Ham last weekend after a six-week lay-off.
The 21-year-old's availability is a boost for manager Gary Speed, as he prepares for his first competitive international in charge of the national team.
Bale said: "I had my first 90 minutes on Saturday and was a bit stiff after the game and the next day.
"But I have recovered well and am just getting prepared for the weekend now."
Meanwhile Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey is set to make his first appearance for Wales since November 2009, and is impressed with the effect that Speed has had on the side.
"Obviously we still haven't qualified for anything but Gary Speed has come in and there have been a lot of changes," he said.
"He's telling us what sort of things we are going to do, how we are going to go about things and everyone seems optimistic that we are on the right track and we are going to do something special with this team."
