Update your Smartcard Details

If you are a current subscriber and have recently upgraded your Foxtel box, you will need to let us know the new Smartcard number. 


Please go to www.setanta.com/au/update-smartcard/ and fill out the simple online form. On submission, your enquiry will be dealt with directly by a customer service agent and your records will be updated.

Setanta does not process billing enquiries (including cancellations) for Foxtel customers by email.
