Feyenoord boss Ronald Koeman is in the dark over a possible move to Manchester City despite his name being linked with the reigning Premier League champions.
Koeman's success with Feyenoord has resulted in the Dutch legend being linked with a number of high-profile jobs in Europe, with City one of those reported to be interested.
City's sporting director Txiki Begiristain worked with Koeman at Barcelona and he is believed to be keen on bringing him to the Etihad Stadium amid reports that Roberto Mancini could be heading for the door.
Koeman is flattered by the reports but he insists he does not know anything about a possible move to City.
"Players who develop into internationals are in the spotlight, and it is logical that people look at trainers also," he told Voetbal International.
"But I have nothing else to say, because I simply do not know about [City's] reported interest."
