Spain midfielder Andres Iniesta is celebrating on the double after being named Euro 2012 Player of the Tournament by UEFA.
Iniesta played a starring role as Spain topped Group C before going on to successfully defend their title with wins over France, Portugal and Italy.
The Barcelona midfielder once again highlighted his importance in Sunday's 4-0 win over Italy and his contribution to Vicente Del Bosque's team was recognised as a technical committee voted him the player of the tournament.
Italy's Andrea Pirlo had been many people's tip for the prize, but victory for Spain sealed Iniesta's fate.
"Picking Iniesta sends a message about creativity, incisive football and humility," Uefa technical director Andy Roxburgh said.
The European Champions have had ten players named in the 23-man team of the tournament, with defenders Gerard Pique, Sergio Ramos and Jordi Alba all included.
Players from six countries have been named in the team of the tournament with Steven Gerrard the only player from England included.
"Gerrard played really, really well and showed great leadership qualities," Roxburgh added.
"Pirlo was magnificent, Xavi could easily have won again (as at Euro 2008) and Xabi Alonso was excellent."
