Striker set for Gunners exit

Arsenal striker Park Chu-Young says he may be forced to leave in the summer after struggling for first-team action.

The South Korean has made just five appearances for the Gunners this season, with three coming in the Carling Cup, one in the Champions League and one substitute appearance in the Premier League.

The 26-year-old is frustrated with life at the Emirates Stadium and is ready to move on in the summer if things do not improve.

"If the current state continues, we will have to look at the transfer market in the summer," Park's agent revealed.

There had been talk of Fulham taking him on loan during the transfer window but nothing materialised and it is unclear whether an offer was actually made.

"In the English media, it was reported that Arsenal had rejected a loan offer for Park," he added. "However, this was in contrast to what we heard from Arsenal. There was no loan offer during the transfer window."
