Everton's Spanish ace Mikel Arteta was delighted to see the side back to winning ways after two straight defeats.
Losses to Sporting Lisbon in the Europa League and defeat at Spurs in the Premiership last weekend had threatened to derail the season but the comfortable win over Hull has put them back on track and Arteta was delighted.
"We played some terrific football today," Arteta told the BBC.
"We wanted to get back from both defeats last week and we have. We scored a few goals and I'm delighted.
"I've been out for a long time and I was expected to score a few goals."
