New Cottage deal for Etuhu

by Setanta staff , 07 September 2010

Fulham midfielder Dickson Etuhu has signed a new deal at the club until 2014.

The former Manchester City and Sunderland man, who featured for Nigeria at the World Cup finals in South Africa, was brought to Craven Cottage by former manager Roy Hodgson in 2008 and has continued to impress in the early stages of the Mark Hughes reign.

The 28-year-old has become a regular alongside captain Danny Murphy in the middle of the park and played a key role inFulham's run to the Europa League final last season.

More recently, he scored the equaliser in Fulham's 2-2 draw with Blackpool in their last Premier League outing and his form has earned him a fresh deal in West London until the summer of 2014.
