Harry Redknapp has suggested it is unlikely that Tottenham Hotspur will add to their squad during the current window despite a host of links.
Spurs are still chasing the title and the opportunity to add to their squad would give them a boost for the final third of the season and the all important run-in, but Redknapp has played down the prospect of them splashing the cash.
"It's difficult, I doubt if we'll do anything really now," he said following the 1-0 win over Watford in the FA Cup on Friday. "It'll be hard to do anything.
"I haven't been chasing the chairman, we haven't been desperate. The chairman's not been pushing me to do anything.
"There's a couple of players that we like but you're not going to get them in at this stage."
