Angel Rangel says Swansea have to put the Norwich defeat behind them and move on to the next game.
The Swans have impressed since winning promotion from the Championship and were sitting pretty in 10th before they were brought back down to earth at the weekend.
Norwich ran out 3-1 winners at the Liberty Stadium but despite the disappointment, Rangel says it has been a fantastic season so far and they should not beat themselves up over the result.
"We have to move on. We have a few days to think about it but we must look at the next game," he told thisissouthwales. "It was important to win today but the season has been superb so we don't have to be concerned.
"It would be better with a win but we will go for the training break, learn from this and move on."
After crashing out of the FA Cup, the Swans have a free weekend and are due to capitalise on it by jetting off to Tenerife for some warm-weather training and a chance to re-charge the batteries.
There are 13 games to go and boss Brendan Rodgers is keen to ensure the season does not fizzle out.
