Adam Henley is hoping to help Blackburn produce a second shock result in Manchester at City on Saturday to boost their survival hopes.
The 17-year-old Welsh starlet is well aware that the game against Roberto Mancini's big-spending Premier League leaders represents a daunting task for struggling Rovers given that their opponents boast a 100 per cent record at the Etihad Stadium in the league this term.
However, Henley, who has broken into the Rovers first team under boss Steve Kean this season, was involved in the impressive draw at Liverpool and the shock 3-2 win over reigning champions Manchester United at Old Trafford in December.
Therefore he sees no reason why Rovers can't go back to Manchester and upset the odds once again this weekend.
Henley told Rovers Player: "Everyone wrote us off at Old Trafford. Sometimes you like to be underdogs and if we go there with the right attitude we have every chance. As long as you go and put yourself about, you always have a chance.
"I don't know if it would ever happen again (winning at Manchester City and Manchester United). But obviously it is something we want to achieve.
"All I can do is do what I am asked to do. I would love to play some more games but it is down to the manager at the end of the day. If he feels I am capable of doing it then I am very happy to of course.
"You want to put yourself up against the best players and that is what you are in the game for. Hopefully I get a chance."
