The Blackburn Rovers Fans Forum has called for the development of "clearer communications links" with club owners Venky's.
Members of the Forum met with Balaji Rao in Pune in October in an effort to improve dialogue between the fans and Venky's given the animosity that had developed towards them by supporters.
The Forum was led to believe it was "the opportunity for a new start", however, there has since been no contact, much to their frustration.
A Forum statement added: "We are disappointed expectations set at that meeting have unfortunately not been followed through to date.
"
Nevertheless our relationship with the management team at Ewood Park continues to be good and it is clear they are committed to continuing to work together with us.
"We hope that through local management we can develop clearer communication links with the club's owners in Pune and will continue to provide a voice for all Rovers fans."
