Eric Elwood has rung the changes as Connacht prepare to travel to Glasgow in the RaboDirect PRO12 on Friday night.
Elwood has brought in a number of players to give others a break, including naming Matthew Jarvis ahead of Miah Nikora at scrum-half.
Mark McCrea and James Loxton replace Fetu'u Vainikolo and Tiernan O'Halloran on the wing respectively, while Robbie Henshaw will make his first start after getting the nod at outside centre where he will join Dave McSharry.
Adrian Flavin will earn his 101st league cap when he takes over from Ethienne Reynecke at hooker and he will have Brett Wilkinson and Nathan White for company in the front row.
George Naoupu moves to the second row alongside Dave Gannon, with Willie Faloon starting in the back row where he will partner Johnny O'Connor and Eoin McKeon.
