1. IMPORTANT: Please do not remove your Smart Card from the set top box.

    Step 1: on your Foxtel remote, Press the Active button (below the black power button)
  2. Step 2: Press Number 1 (System Setup or Set Up for IQ2 users)
  3. Step 3: Press Number 4 (System Setting/Advanced Settings for IQ2 users)
  4. Step 4: Press Number 3 (System Details)

    Look for the line on your screen labelled "Smart Card Number" - that's your number
  5. Step 5: Press the blue Foxtel button to return to the TV programme.

Please note, if you're not in front of your TV right now, you can contact Foxtel on 131 999 and ask for your Smart Card Number.
