Charlton have been rocked by the news striker Leon McKenzie is facing three weeks on the sidelines with a thigh injury.
McKenzie missed the 4-0 defeat at Millwall on Saturday after picking up the injury in training on Thursday and Addicks boss Phil Parkinson has confirmed he will not be available for the rest of the month.
The 31-year-old has mainly had to settle for a place on the bench since arriving in September but it still leaves Parkinson a man short as the Addicks enter a crucial stage of the season.
