Leeds number one Shane Higgs is desperate to get back into the starting line up after finally shaking off a thigh injury.
Higgs is set to play for the reserves on Wednesday against Lincoln after being out since September with the injury and he will then hopefully be pushing for a return to first action before long.
He told the club's website: "It's been a frustrating time for me, I came in during the summer, I started season and thought I played well.
"
I came so close to coming back and then it went again, and this can't come quick enough for me now.
"I just want play 90 minutes again. I'd played in a friendly game a while ago - half-hour each way - and felt great after the first half but 15 minutes into the second half I could feel it again and I'd torn it again.
"
It's been a roller-coaster of emotions.
I've had a couple of sore times, but overall it's feeling good.
"If I come though there's 10 games to go. I spent a long time on the bench when I started at Cheltenham and you want to play.
"
Watching games for me is difficult for me because I think mentally it puts you on the wrong route.
"Hopefully now, it's taken a bit more time, I should be okay."
