West Ham midfielder Jack Collison has been lined up to have surgery on his troublesome knee problem this summer.
The 21-year-old Welsh international will have surgery in the summer but the problem is unlikely to keep him out of the side for the relegation battle ahead.
The injury is one he picked up last season and although he can play he has not made a total recovery and it's hoped surgery in the summer will fix the problem for good.
Meanwhile Collison will be hoping to feature against Arsenal this weekend.
