Danny Invincibile says Kilmarnock must win at least one of their three remaining away games if they are to avoid relegation.
Killie entertain Hamilton on Saturday in a perilous position in the table as they sit just one point above rock-bottom Falkirk.
Their struggles this season can be largely put down to their poor form on the road as Jimmy Calderwood's men have managed just two wins away from home while they have hit just four goals on their travels.
But now Invincibile has called on the team to improve that record in what's left of the season to ensure they stay in the top flight.
"It's unfortunate because the home form's decent and, even if we'd managed just a few more away wins, we'd be fine," the midfielder told BBC Scotland.
"It's not something we can put our finger on. It's disappointing and it's annoying."
He added: "We know it's going to be a battle with three games away from home. But, if we want to stay up, we need to rectify that.
"
We probably need to win at least one away game."
