Fringe players Daniel Blanchett, Sam Gaughran and Billy Crook are the first players to depart Peterborough United this summer.
Former Posh boss Darren Ferguson brought all three players to London Road, but defenders Blanchett and Gaughran, along with midfielder Crook, have all struggled for first-team opportunities and were loaned out for the majority of their stay.
New Posh boss Gary Johnson revealed on Monday that has up to four new players virtually in the bag for the club's bid to make a swift return to the Championship after their relegation to League One.
However he also confirmed that he also wanted to start cutting back the 40-strong squad over the summer.
As a result there could be several more players following Blanchett, Gaughran and Crook out of the exit door in the coming weeks.
