Michael Raynes, Jim McNulty, Rob Jones and Marcus Williams are all in contention for Scunthorpe's final game with Nottingham Forest.
Raynes and and McNulty have both been nursing ankle problem, while Jones and Williams have been out with calf and hamstring injuries respectively.
The Iron will be cheered on by a bumper crowd having already secured Championship football for a second successive season for the first time at this level since 1964.
Forest need a win to guarantee third spot in the table but they are certain of home advantage in their play-off semi-final second leg because only Cardiff can leapfrog them going into the weekend.
Scunthorpe striker Gary Hooper also had a personal target for the clash with Forest, as he needs two more goals to overtake the Bluebirds' Peter Whittingham in the race for the Championship's golden boot.
