Jimmy Bullard is reportedly set to agree a £2million pay-off to get him off the wage bill at the KC Stadium.
Hull are anxious to offload Bullard and his wages of around £45,000 a week following their relegation from the Premier League last season as they prepare for life in the Championship.
Bullard's time with the Tigers has been plagued by a succession of serious knee injuries and he has made just 13 starts and two substitute appearances following his big-money move from Fulham.
It is understood that, at the end of last season, Hull still had an investment of around £10m outstanding in the highest paid member of the playing staff in terms of transfer fee still owed to Fulham, and wages for the next three years of his deal.
Celtic, West Brom and West Ham are all reportedly interested in signing the midfielder.
