Portsmouth's 19-year-old midfielder Marlon Pack has joined Cheltenham on a season-long loan.
Pack, who has made two appearances for Pompey since signing his professional contract in July 2009, joined the League Two side on Tuesday, ahead of the six o'clock deadline.
He has previously had loan spells with Wycombe, where he made nine league appearances, including his league debut and recently-promoted Dagenham and Redbridge, where he made 17 appearances and scored one goal.
He has also played twice for his hometown club, against Crystal Palace and Cardiff.
He is expected to be the Robins' final signing of the summer transfer window, but boss Mark Yates is still able to add to his squad a week after the deadline, with youth and emergency loans.
