Leeds United have extended the loan deal of Blackburn keeper Jason Brown for a further month after he played for the Whites on Saturday.
The 28-year-old was due back at Ewood Park this week but the deal has now been extended until November 13, after he came on for Leeds at the weekend in their Championship defeat to Ipswich.
Brown was called upon when Shane Higgs pulled a hamstring in the first half at Portman Road. Higgs himself is number two at Leeds behind Kasper Schmeichel, who is on the sidelines for at least another three weeks with his own injury.
