Out of favour Sunderland striker David Healey has left the club and joined championship side Doncaster on loan.
The Northern Ireland international has found first team opportunities almost impossible to come by at the Stadium of Light and he was expected to move on in the summer, but nothing came of any of the proposed moves.
Now he has joined Sean O'Driscoll's side for a month's loan ahead of their clash with Millwall this weekend.
Having joined the club back in 2008 he has made just 21 appearances for the club scoring twice.
