Scottish giants Celtic are reportedly keen to take Everton striker James Vaughan to Glasgow in the summer.
Bhoys manager Neil Lennon has shown an interest in the marksman before. owever, with the Birmingham-born player set to make the switch north of the border the move fell down because of an administration hiccup.
It is speculated in the Sunday press, however, that Lennon is set to renew his interest in Vaughan during the close season and look to secure the services of the player.
The 22-year-old - who is a product of the Everton youth system - is currently in his second spell on loan at Championship outfit Crystal Palace where he has found the back of the eight times in 25 games.
Vaughan - who has made 47 appearances for Everton -would no doubt relish the opportunity of a permanent move to Celtic Park as he looks to get his career back on track after appearing to drop down the striker pecking order in the thoughts of Toffees manager David Moyes.
