Leicester manager Sven-Goran Eriksson is looking forward to having a fit Michael Johnson available.
Johnson has been tormented by injury for the past three years and he joined the Foxes on loan from Manchester City last month in a bid to get his career back on track.
After making a couple of starts in the Carling Cup, the former England Under-21 international came off the bench at Cardiff on Sunday and impressed.
Eriksson, who worked with Johnson during his spell in charge of Manchester City, believes the 23-year-old is ready to start a Championship fixture in the near future.
"I think he is (ready). You could see at once with his touch and his passes at Cardiff that he is a great football player," Eriksson said. "He is an all-round midfield player. He can defend, he can attack, he has a good shot, he can score a goal and he can pass the ball very well.
"If he can become the player he was before his injury he will show he is a great player. Some years ago everyone thought he would be the next England central midfielder.
"He has everything and I hope he can be that player again."
