Manchester City have sealed the signing of midfielder David Pizarro on loan from Italian side Roma for the rest of the season.
The City boss has made the move to bolster his midfield options on deadline day with the acquisition of the experienced Chilean midfielder.
Mancini said: "We took David Pizarro on loan. He is a good midfielder, he has experience and I know him very well. I hope he can help us out."
The 32-year-old agreed terms with City earlier today and has now sealed a loan move to the Etihad Stadium for the remainder of the campaign after being granted a work permit.
