Wales skipper Sam Warburton has revealed his determination to return from injury before the end of the RaboDirect Pro12 season.
The Cardiff Blues flanker led his country to Grand Slam glory in this year's RBS 6 Nations championship, as they added to recent clean sweeps in 2005 and 2008.
However, the talented back-rower struggled with injuries throughout the tournament but managed to battle through the pain to help Wales record a victory in their final game of the competition against France.
Warburton has visited shoulder experts in London, with fears the player could be out of action for a lengthy spell.
However, the 23-year-old is confident he will make a swift return from the injury as he hopes to get back into the thick of the action for both club and country.
Warburton told BBC Sport: "Hopefully I can see some more rugby before this season ends. I don't think it's going to be as bad as I first feared."
