Watch live coverage of the FA Cup Final, Chelsea vs Portsmouth, live on Setanta Sports Australia on Saturday 15th May 2010
On Saturday 15th August 2009 the road to the 2009-10 FA Cup Final began with the Extra Preliminary Round. 762 teams entered the competition and dreamed of a date at Wembley Stadium and 760 fixtures later only two teams remain: Chelsea and Portsmouth.
Current FA Cup holders Chelsea have gone from strength to strength under the leadership of Carlo Ancelloti. A shock early exit from the Champions League has not stopped them reaching their third final in four seasons and they sit on the verge of a historic League and Cup double.
Portsmouth's season's has been dominated by their fall into financial administration and subsequent relegation from the Premier League. However against all odds Avram Grant has lead the side to their second Cup Final in three seasons and a ray of sunshine in a future that looks bleak.
