Johnson set for return

Liverpool defender Glen Johnson is set for a recall for tonight's clash with Wigan and Sotirios Kyrgiakos is also available.

England right-back Johnson has been out of the side since damaging his knee back in December but he is now closing in on a recall and Greek defender Kyrgiakos has been out suspended since he was sent off in the Everton match.

The knee injury picked up by Daniel Agger against Blackburn last weekend is unlikely to keep him out but Ryan Babel and Alberto Aquilani will have to make do with a place on the bench
