Tony Mowbray says Celtic have opened negotiations with goalkeeper Artur Boruc over a new deal at Parkhead.
Reports suggest German giants Bayern Munich are keen on the Poland international, whose current contract with the Hoops runs out at the end of next season.
Celtic are hoping to persuade the 30-year-old to agree to a new deal and it is thought he will be offered at least a year's extension.
"What I will say is that conversations have been had with Artur and his advisors, but whatever we discuss stays in-house," the Celtic boss told the Evening Times.
